What will happen at my shoot?

I like to allow plenty of time at my shoots. Whether it is to photograph you, your family, your employees, friends or products. Having the time and space to do this is so important. I find this way we can create a more relaxed atmosphere, helping capture the best results.

Most of my portrait and lifestyle shoots will take place at a pre agreed location. This could be at at your home, office or somewhere nearby. Of course every shoot is different so we can work together to find the perfect setting. I also offer the option to come to me where we can use some of my favourite locations. I find these two options works best and all of my portrait work that you see on this site is captured in this way and works so well.  I use natural light and light shaping techniques in my photography, so it’s important we consider this when planning the shoot and deciding on locations.

 

Babies . Toddlers & Children

These photo sessions can take place either at your home or at a location of your choice. I always find photographing children in their own home or familiar surroundings gets the best results. It’s so important to be able to create a relaxed environment.

A standard session with me normally lasts 2 hours but of course I can work to time constraints too. Once you have booked your session and secured a date, I will work out a time with you to call and discuss your requirements and any other questions you may have. It’s always great if you already have an idea of what looks you are wanting to achieve. I will also have lots of my own creatives ideas too, so between us we will have it covered.

How will I view and receive my images?

Once the images are ready to view, you will be given access to my password protected Online Client Gallery.  You will also be able to share the gallery with friends and family too.
